Out of control family brawl turns deadly

COTTONWOOD, Ariz. (INTELLIHUB) — A dash-cam video released by police shows a massive brawl, ending the deadly shooting of a man, which took place in a local Wal-Mart parking lot on March 21.

According to reports police were dispatched to Wal-Mart after an employee was shoved by a shopper inside the store.

When police arrived and tried to separated “family members” who were involved in the altercation for questioning a violent melee then ensued outside.

During the altercation 3 people were shot, including Police Sergeant Jeremy Daniels who was hit in the leg with at least one bullet from his own gun, after Enoch grabbed and fired the first shot from the officer’s weapon.

Enoch Gaver, 21 was soon after killed by police.

David Gaver, 28, a family member of Enoch was shot in the stomach by police and taken to the hospital.

David is expected to fully recover along with the Sergent who was shot in the leg.
