President Joe Biden told CNN news anchor Anderson Cooper at a Town Hall Tuesday in Wisconsin when he wakes up next to his wife Jill every morning in the White House Executive Residence that he forgets just where he is.
The host of CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360° asked the 46th President of the United States what it has been like being president the first 4 weeks in office.
“You’ve already spent a great deal of time at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Except now you’re living there and you’re president. It’s been four weeks. What’s it like? How is it different?” Cooper asked.
In response, the 76-year-old president replied: “I wake up every morning, look at Jill, and say ‘where the hell are we?'”
