Bilderberger’s Arrive in North Korea to Examine Economy and Social Media

He is a minority himself with an internationalist background – let me tell you—(…) I was just talking to Marie-Josee – some of the people who attended the Bilderberg conferences. The most conservative bankers—they’re all for Obama!’ – New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson

PYONGYANG, NORTH KOREA — Google Chairman Eric Schmidt and New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson both Bilderberg Group and Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) members have arrived in North Korea Monday on a commercial flight to initiate a series of talks with North Korean officials pertaining to the countries economy and social media. Google Chairman Schmidt claims that the trip is not related to Google business in anyway. However, rest assured there is an agenda on the table.

North Korea widely known for is restrictive internet access and tough communist policies. This makes some wonder why one of the worlds most powerful internet business executives and a US governor are there. Could this be a move to open up North Korea’s Internet possibly allowing yet even more government surveillance of the countries populace to take place?

If so, it would be a great plan for the North Korean communist regime.

The DailyMail comments on North Korea’s restricted Internet access;

However, most North Koreans only have access to a domestic Intranet system, not the World Wide Web. For North Koreans, Internet use is still strictly regulated and allowed only with approval.

Schmidt, who oversaw Google’s expansion into a global giant, speaks frequently about the importance of providing people around the world with Internet access and technology.

Google now has offices in more than 40 countries, including all three of North Korea’s neighbors: Russia, South Korea and China, another country criticized for systematic Internet censorship.
