Bloomberg News Casually Mentions Sale of 1993 and 2009 Bilderberg Site

For decades the mainstream media would deny the very existence of ruling class think tanks like the Council on Foreign Relations or the Bilderberg group.

However, in recent years as these groups have been exposed, the mainstream media is now mentioning them in a positive light and acting as if there was never any cover up.

Recently Hilary Clinton made a full press release prior to a speech she made at the CFR.  Likewise former Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner also made a huge announcement when he was inducted into the CFR.

Now it seems that even the Bilderberg group is getting casual mentions in the mainstream media as well, this week Bloomberg Business did a full editorial about how the site of two Bilderberg meetings is being sold.

According to the Article:

Dolphin, a developer of holiday resorts in southeast Europe, will make an offer for the 120,000 square-meter (1.3 million square-foot) complex by March 19, according to the person, who asked not to be identified because the bid hasn’t been formally submitted. The company is registered in the British Virgin Islands and its shares are traded in London.

Greece is striving to attract foreign investment as the economy faces its sixth straight year of contraction and an unemployment rate that reached 27 percent in November. In 1993 and 2009, Astir Palace in Athens hosted the Bilderberg conference, an invitation-only annual gathering of European and American business and political leaders named after the hotel in Holland where the first meeting took place in 1954.

They even go so far as to mention the deep history of the Bilderberg group and its first meeting.  This is certainly a new approach for the mainstream media to be taking, but it is not surprising now that most of these details are out in the open.

Today there are many organizations that work over top of our government which have been put into place by the modern day ruling class.  Many times these organizations are called “think tanks” or “policy institutes“.  Policy institute is the more appropriate term, because these are the organizations that set the political policy and hand it down to the politicians.  This is where our politicians get all their wonderful ideas from!  Bush didn’t come up with the 300 page patriot act all by himself, but it was actually the work of a think tank called “the project for a new American century“.  Obama‘s infamous health plan wasn’t something that good ol Barack spent half of law school working on, but that too was the work of a thank tank.

The foreign and economic policy is set by these organizations as well, so that means the government’s stance on wars, tax plans or welfare is all decided upon by these groups.  Memos and reports created at these organizations make their way through the pentagon and the white house where they eventually land on the president’s desk.  At this point the president signs to authorize the plan, and reads over the policy so he is prepared to explain it when asked by reporters.

The most powerful of these organizations are the committee of 300, the Bilderberg Group, The Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission.  There are plenty of other ruling class think tanks, but these are the most well known.
