WASHINGTON D.C. (INTELLIHUB) — The D.C. Madam’s ex-lawyer Montgomery Blair Sibley filed an application with the high court Monday in hopes of lifting a 2007 restraining order blocking the release of his former client’s black book which contains the names, phone numbers and Social Security numbers of over 815 previous clients of Deborah Jeane Palfrey’s escort service which Sibley says is relevant in some way to the 2016 election.

Additionally Sibley has vowed to release the documents if the court fails to lift the order and and also maintains that if he turns up missing for more than 72-hours or is harmed or murdered the documents will automatically be released to key members of the press via a ‘dead man’s switch,’ thus revealing the damning connection.

“Sibley, whose license to practice law in Washington, D.C. was suspended for three years in 2008, has sued former Chief Judge Richard Roberts of D.C.’s U.S. District Court, and Clerk of the Court Angela Caesar for $1 million each, claiming his First and Fifth Amendment rights have been violated because he has been unable to argue for the release of Palfrey’s records.,” WTOP reports.

On the application to lift the order it was written, “Denying Sibley a hearing deprives the People of the information they may deem material to the exercise of their electoral franchise.”

Sibley said his dead man’s switch will be activated to dump the data publicly after 72-hours of inactivity if he does not manually reset the clock daily. Sibley also said that the vital  information is contained on four different servers for his protection.

As of now the case is listed on the docket to be heard by the Supreme Court.

Sibley gave a statement to MSNBC:

“Trusting that the Chief Justice will promptly make his ruling and allow me to file my request to modify the restraining order which prevents my release of the D.C. Madam’s records, I will be taking no action with those records until he rules. […] if I am denied the right to file and receive a hearing on my motion to file a restraining order, then yes, I will release the records of the D.C. Madam relevant to this Presidential election.”

It has been speculated by some that the D.C. Madam was murdered.
