Update: 3:43 a.m.: Patriot rancher Cliven Bundy has been arrested upon his arrival in Portland just hours after he called for Americans to join him in a legal protest at the Harney County Resource Center in Burns, Oregon.
The feds had almost 2 years to arrest Bundy yet decided to do so now in a transparent attempt at stopping Americans from turning out to protest federal corruption.
Update: 1:23 a.m.: Nevada state Rep. Michele Fiore is en route to the refuge where she and Rev. Franklin Graham will apparently serve as a outside mediators in an attempt to negotiate a peaceful surrender.
The four remaining occupiers have said they plan to turn themselves in later this morning. No word on if the arrest of Cliven Bundy will change anything but the FBI is obviously playing with fire here.
As for Fiore, she truly is an amazing woman!
