FERGUSON, Mo. (INTELLIHUB.COM) — Officer Darren Wilson may be biting off more than he can chew after violating local resident Mike Arman’s rights by telling him that he is not allowed to film in America before unlawfully arresting him.
According to the actual police report, which may not be accurate, Wilson was investigating “derelict vehicles” on the property, leading to the arrest of Arman, after Arman failed to let officer Wilson “issue a summons”.
During the 15-second encounter that took place on Oct. 28, caught on video, officer Wilson, the one who shot and killed 18-year-old Michael Brown on Aug. 9, responds to Arman by saying, “If you wanna take a picture of me one more time, I’m going to lock your ass up.”
In the report Arman maintains that he was just “being harassed by the City of Ferguson”, as noted by the arresting officer.
All of this just ahead of a critical Grand Jury decision which will determine if Wilson will be indicted or not for the murder of Mike Brown.
While Wilson has not really been seen amongst the general public since the shooting, police departments nationwide are preparing for civil unrest which may follow the Grand Jury’s announcements in the coming days.
