KINGMAN, Ariz. (INTELLIHUB) — A video submitted by Charles Black and posted to YouTube on March 30 shows what appears to be a foreign armored personnel carrier being transported on a flatbed truck.
In the video, a voice can be heard saying,” That’s Russian, that’s not U.S., that’s Russian. I’ve seen enough soviet equipment to know what it is.”
