Hedge the weather? Weather derivatives become ‘real financial instrument’ — Geoengineering cheats exposed

The weather derivatives market may be compromised, rigged, by use of geoengineering technologies

(INTELLIHUB) — As pointed out by Geoengineering Researcher Rosalind Peterson in my film Shade (2013), there is a weather derivatives market which trades on exchanges in Chicago.

“You can hedge out” the weather , Bob Rice with Tangent Capitol Partners told Bloomberg — you can literally bet on the weather.

Weather derivatives used to be a private market, but not anymore, said Rice, the entire market has opened up and the sky is the limit. “It’s a surprisingly big market,” Rice said.

However, with the implementation of geoengineering programs the market can now be swayed, Rosalind Peterson pointed out in the documentary film SHADE. Meaning the entire market may be rigged, based on geoengineering technologies. Whoever has the financing and “inclination” to do so now can.
