(INTELLIHUB) — Activist Gavin Seim flagged-down and proceeded to pull over a local law enforcement officer who was driving around in an ‘unmarked patrol car’ in violation of Washington State R.C.W. code.

Seim even asked the police officer for identification to make sure the officer really is who he said he is.

Seim even asked the officer for proof of insurance.

Amazingly the officer cooperated and showed Seim his I.D. after some bickering.

Seim maintains there is a “safety concern” regarding citizens of the State being stopped in an unmarked car.

Seim also pointed out how the officer is “accountable to the law” and is “legally obligated not to operate” an unmarked vehicle on public roadways.

Seim was also involved in the negotiation process at the recent Oregon standoff at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge, which led to the last four occupiers safely turning themselves in.
