Independent journalist removed from scene of church shooting after live-streaming his findings

“It was weird. When I got there, just the vibe. I don’t know, it’s a trip.”

SUTHERLAND SPRINGS, Tex. (INTELLIHUB) — Leak Project’s Rex Bear claims he was physically removed from the scene of the church shooting by law enforcement Sunday after streaming his findings live on YouTube.

Bear said that a police officer chased him down before several other officers escorted him out of the area just moments after his wireless broadcast established an uplink.

The Youtuber maintains he wasn’t doing anything wrong and made clear that he was in a public place “hours after the fact.”

“I wanted to know what was going on. Didn’t you?,” said Bear. “I mean, we’ve been lied to so many times by a brain-drained media, and so many conflicting reports.”

Bear said that he traveled to the close-knit community out of curiosity in an effort to find the truth but feels discouraged that his First and Second Amendment rights were trampled on in the process.

In the video, Bear compares his experience to what happened to those over in “Germany” in the late 1930’s, early 40’s and said that “out of respect” he has removed the live stream from YouTube.

“Why can’t we be there? Bear asked. “I don’t understand it. Isn’t that our right?”

Additionally, the Youtuber pointed out that he “didn’t notice anybody crying” but pointed out that he didn’t arrive until hours after the shooting reportedly occurred.

“It was weird, he said. “When I got there, just the vibe. I don’t know, it’s a trip.”
