It looks like Kid Rock has a shot at being a U.S. Senator, currently, leads poll  49% to next “undecided” at 29% in Michigan GOP Primary

(INTELLIHUB) A poll taken between July 25 and July 27 shows Kid Rock, a.k.a. Robert Ritchie, leading the Michigan GOP Primary by a good margin.

According to the Daily Caller:

The poll released by Trafalgar Group shows that indeed it will be “game on” if Ritchie runs. The musician leads among potential Republican candidates with 49.62 percent. In second is “undecided” with 28.10 percent.

In a general election match-up, Democratic incumbent Sen. Debbie Stabenow leads with 43.37 percent and Ritchie is at 41.17 percent. However, when including voters who are leaning towards either candidate, Ritchie leads with 48.6 percent and Stabenow is at 46.09 percent.

The rockin’ Republican, who is also a Michigan local, plans to call a press conference within the next six weeks to announce if he is going to run for U.S. Senate. As of yet, it’s looking good.

Will Kid Rock run for U.S. Senate?
