(INTELLIHUB) — Kim Jong Un’s Supreme Commander emblem was stripped from several state TV broadcasts after the fearless leader went dark spawning conspiracy theories questioning the tyrant’s whereabouts.

Major sporting events and public gatherings have been prohibited and the country remains in a tense lockdown as the whereabouts of Jong Un remain unknown to the media and the general public who are now questioning the rocket man’s health and well being.

The fearless leader made 27 public appearances last year in the months of April and May as opposed to 4 this year during the same period and it has some scratching their head wondering what is going on.

From New York Post:

North Korean state media reported that Kim attended the opening ceremony of a fertilizer plant on May 1.

His earlier absence on April 15 from one of North Korea’s biggest holidays in commemoration of his grandfather Kim Il Sung’s birthday sparked weeks of international speculation over his health and whereabouts.

Since then, state media have carried a steady stream of stories about the leader sending or receiving letters and diplomatic correspondence, but have not shown him at public events.
