Looters take to Texas streets as flooding continues

Despite warnings from law enforcement of harsh criminal penalties, looters have taken to the streets in Houston following the storm

HOUSTON (INTELLIHUB) — Looters have already been spotted clearing out various stores and local businesses as the rule of law has been lost in some areas of the city after torrential downpours dumped more than 11 trillion gallons of water onto various parts of Texas as a result of Hurricane Harvey.

On Sunday, looters were filmed removing merchandise from a Metro PCS store and other businesses in the area.
