Online search reveals gun-wielding man who entered Comet Ping Pong Sunday may have IMDb, may be an actor

Is the reported gun-wielding man who entered Comet Ping Pong an actor?

(INTELLIHUB) — The owner of Comet Ping Pong, James Alefantis, came out against “reckless conspiracy theories” Sunday, after a North Carolina man, Edgar Maddison Welch, 28, armed with a rifle reportedly went to investigate the “Pizzagate” saga on his own, before being taken into custody by police about 45 minutes later.

This comes after Comet Ping Pong was made the subject of widespread reports from various so-called ‘fringe’ media outlets which claim that the local pizza parlor is a front for a ‘satanic child trafficking ring.’

Reports online range from videos which actually show old abandon tunnels allegedly leading to the Pizza parlor from underneath to reports that a “kill room” exists inside, where high-paying clientele do as they wish with their victim as seen in horror films like Hostel.

Now the Pizzagate saga, which the mainstraem media has denounced as “fake news” has become even more suspicious after an online search for the man’s name who was taken into custody by police after entering Comet Ping Pong with a rifle turns up an IMDb which lists a man by the name of “Edgar Maddison Welch” as an actor who appeared as a “raver/victim” in the 2009 film The Bleeding. It has not yet been substantiated if the IMDb belongs to the same man detained by police Sunday, or just an actor with the same name, the new revelation is driving the conspiracy community wild.
