11:00 a.m.: David Fry surrendered to authorities. Job well done.

10:30 a.m.: David Fry says he is willing to die. Tells the FBI “If you guys throw a gas can in here I’m willing to do it [kill himself] too.” Fry asks for “more days” to “think about it.”

Update 9:47 a.m.: David said that he is “feeling suicidal” and the situation sounds volatile. “Give me liberty or give me death.”

Update 9:44 a.m.: Occupier David Fry is preparing to surrender and just lit a cigarette–but is now saying he will stay “unless his grievances are heard.”

Update 9:40 p.m.: Two occupiers, Sandy and Sean, husband and wife, surrendered to authorities while holding hands and carrying an American flag, while David Fry and one other occupier look on.

Update 8:54 a.m. local time: The remaining four occupiers are preparing to turn themselves in to authorities in the presence of Nevada Rep. Michele Fiore and Rev. Franklin Graham who are now at the refuge on site.

PRINCETON, Ore. (INTELLIHUB) — “It’s a long ride to Portland–I’m sure we’ll get sleep there,” a tired and worn out Sean Anderson to Gavin Seim who is currently broadcasting the entire event live as of 7:45 a.m. local time.

Nevada Rep. Michele Fiore just step into a vehicle with the FBI and is apparently en route, and close to the refuge in hopes of jointly escorting the four remaining occupiers from the refuge to be taken into custody safely.

“How can people be so evil in their hearts,” Sean Anderson said.

“I’m at a crossroads here, I don’t know what the right thing to do is,” Anderson said as Gavin tried to keep him calm.
