Thiel’s thunder stolen while on stage

BERKELEY, Calif. (INTELLIHUB.COM) — Peter Thiel, self-proclaimed libertarian, founder of PayPal, Napster, and Spotify, who is also covered in the documentary film Shade the Motion Picture, was shut down during his live interview/speech at the University of California Berkeley by anti-police state/NSA protesters Wednesday.

Thiel was speaking on a variety of topics, politics, the Silicon Valley, and technology, before being interrupted by a group of protesters who took the stage, stealing Thiel’s thunder.

As the group took stage they chanted:

“Who’s university?”

“Our university”

“No police state”

“No NSA”

“No justice”

“No peace”
