HAMBURG, Germany (INTELLIHUB) — As homes, cars, and businesses continue to burn throughout the city, police forces remain outnumbered by protesters who are dressed in mostly black.
Hundreds, if not thousands, of Schwarze Block activists continue their anti-fascist mayhem by lighting fires in pockets across the metropolis, creating smoke-filled streets, making it tough for authorities to defend key sectors simultaneously. Using road flares, Molotov cocktails, and other tools, aggressors have managed to ruin millions of dollars worth of property causing residents and authorities to panic.
Scooper trucks, as seen in the film Soylent Green (1973), a.k.a. “scoops,” have even been deployed to remove ruble and/or protesters from roadways along with high-powered mobile water-cannons.
Protesters rioted through the night as the city burned.
One news outlet described the scene as ‘like civil war’ and estimates that 100,000 have taken to protest countrywide.
