It appears police were having a difficult time removing an L-bracket that was screwed to the door with only a few makeshift wood screws, as the approached the shooter's floor


(INTELLIHUB) — Officer-worn body camera video from the night of the 1 October massacre shows the moments before SWAT and LVMPD officers breach Stephen Paddock’s hotel room.

In the video officers appear to be holding at the stairwell door which enters the 32nd-floor of the Mandalay Bay as they remove an L-bracket that’s baring the door from opening.

SWAT officer Levi Hancock, 43, can be seen in full gear.
